    April 2008, Our labor union organized our staff to join the competition of Nanjing Chemical &Construction Group, the items of the match including climbing mountains, playing shuttlecock, shot-put, relay race, long jump, roll hoop, etc. The rich and colorful sports enrich the spare time of the staff and everybody enjoy it.

    March 2008, Shuguang Group prepared cellphones to each member of the business staff, and use the corporation public cellphone number, the former private number will not be available till the end of the April.  [2008- 01 ] Shuguang Europe B.V. ......
    Shuguang Europe B.V., the European subsidiary company of Nanjing Shuguang Chemical Group, was established in Eindhoven, Noord-Brabant, the Netherlands in January 2008. Shuguang Europe B.V. will take charge of chemicals registration under REACH regulation. Meanwhile, Shuguang Europe will develop sales and purchasing business, strengthen the relationship with local customers and provide better services.

    In year 2008, Under the support of Nanjing government, Nanjing Economic Commission¡¢Government of Qinhuai District¡¢Nanjing Chemical&Construction Industry Group, Nanjing Shuguang Science and Technology Creativity Industry Park is rebuilt from the old area of previous Nanjing Chemical Industry Research&Design Institute Co., Ltd. The park is located in the headquarter office of Nanjing Shuguang, It is located in DiaoYuTai 119, in front of the Park is the citys main street--South ZhongShan Road. The Park is close to the ancient QinHuai River tour area. The Scenary belt of ancient city walls of Ming Dynasty and subway station of Zhonghua Gate are only a few hundred meters away in the south. In the west is the Long historied DiaoYuTai Old Street (site of HuNan guild hall which had a high reputation in Qing Dynasty and the Republic period can still be seen there).The main road from all directions and public traffic line go straight to the Park. The Park takes up 15 units of the area, it¡¯s construction area is 20,000 square meters, and now its attracting foreign investment. The Park relies on the creators strength on the development of science&technology, magazines and media, and the commerce with foreign countries, in addition to that, it also relies on the characteristics of the existent historical and cultural heritage, aiming at fetching in the enterprises, which are focusing on development and consultation of technology, analysis and testing of professional products, programming business affairs and professional advertisement, design for chemical project and civil buildings, import&export trading and advanced logistic management.  [2007- 11 ] The first meeting of ......
    November 2007, Shuguang Chemical Group held the first meeting of labor union committee, the headquarter of the Group, Silane subsidiary company, Coupling agent subsidiary company, Chemical Research&Design Institute, Meishan Chemical General Factory, in all 68 delegates of the labor union attended the meeting, voted and engendered the 1ST labor union committee and funds censor committee.
 [2007- 05 ] Organized the staff ......
    May 2007, the Communist Young League of the group organized the staff to join the Youth Basketball Competition of Nanjing Chemical&Construction Group. The League members from the headquarter of the Group, Silane subsidiary company, Coupling agent subsidiary company, Chemical research&Design Institute, Meishan Chemical General Factory took part in the games with enthusiasm. After several fierce competitions, Shuguang basketball team was awarded ¡°excellent organized prize¡± by Nanjing Chemical&Construction Group.
 [2006- 09 ] Shuguang Titanate Chemical ¡­¡­
    Shuguang Titanate Chemical Co.made a technological innovation and equipment modification to the correlative products, which shows a good effect. ¡ª¡ª
(1)Through enhancing the gas absorbency of hydrogen chloride, it reduced the energy consumption and the unit equipment consumption of electricityreduced by  5.5KW/hr.;
(2)By improving and adjusting the separation technology, the intermedium of titanate coupling agent production cycle was reduced by more than 20%. As the result, it improved the labor productivity and correspondingly reduced the energy consumption.

At the end of July 2006, NSG Party Branch, Nanjing Shuguang Titanate Chemical Co., Ltd. Party Branch and Nanjing Chemical Industry Research & Design Institute Co., Ltd.'s general party branch called the branch general meeting, the meeting approved   five  probational party members to become formal party members, and accepted the application of a new applicant for the party membership. After meeting, each branch reported the result of the branch meeting to NSG party committee. On August 9, after the discussion, the NSG party committee confirmed the 5 probational party members transferring to the formal party members of the Communist Party of China (CPC), and 1 comrade transferring to the probational party member of CPC.
 [2006- 07 ] NSG Marketing Dept held ¡­¡­
    NSG Marketing Dept held the commencement general meeting for the first half year's work.¡ª¡ª
NSG Marketing Dept made a appraise through comparison of the sales persons' first half year work performance, and set up the sales rise prize, the group-care prize and the market research report prize respectively. On July 28, 2006, NSG¡¯s Deputy General Manager Ms. Li Chunhua hosted the commendation general meeting and gave the commendation to each prizewinner. NSG¡¯s President Mr. Mei Dongsheng attended the meeting and also gave awards to persons who received the prize. The list of the Prize - winning is as follows: the sales rise prize has one-to-six grades, 6 sales persons received the prize; the group-care prize has one-to-three grades, 6 comrades received the prize; The market research report prize has one-to-three grades, 6 comrades were awarded the prize.

    NSG organizes the professional and technical titles declaration work.¡ª¡ª
According to the deployment by the Nanjing job title (occupational qualifications) work leading group and Nanjing Chemical and Construction Group, at the end of June, NSG has organized the review and application of professional and technical titles work, confirmed and applied for the elementary, the intermediate and the senior specialized technical personnels¡¯ qualifications. NSG has reported the materials of the corresponding employees to the municipal government.

    Nanjing Shuguang Silane Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. Passed the ISO9001 substitution certificate appraisal.¡ª¡ª
Regarding the ISO9001:2000 substitution certificate, on June 15 2006 Jiangsu Jiuzhou Certification Center comoleted appraisal work to NSG subsidiary - Nanjing Shuguang Silane Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.. After two days verifications, Nanjing Shuguang Silane Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. Successfully passed  the appraisal, and obtained the new certificate. The new certificate's period of validity is from June 16, 2006 to June 15, 2009. Attaches the new certificate as follows:

    According to Shuguang Chemical Group¡¯s plan, the unified management of the Meishan Chemical Industry Park was implemented.¡ª¡ª
The plant extension of Meishan Chemical General Factory Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: Meishan Chemical) that converted and incorporated by NSG appears in the form of  NSG Meishan Chemical Industry Park, and the labels were placed by the end of May. The whole park is unifiedly managed,
the former boiler room of Shuguang Silane Company was put under Meishan Chemical's administration.
Meishan Chemical undertook the unification and systematic service such as company's water, electricity,  steam and the publicservices.
After the industry park was unifiedly managed by Meishan Chemical General Factory Co., Ltd., the park¡¯s situation has been greatly improved.
